Level IV Te Kōhure Coach Pilot

Volleyball New Zealand is thrilled to announce the launch of our Coach Education Level 4 pilot programme.

As a key part of the Coach Development Framework, the Level 4 programme is a bespoke and personalised mentorship that takes place over a 12-month period.

Volleyball New Zealand Coach Development Manager, Shaun Matthews, believes this initiative is one of a kind.

“It’s unique and tailored to meet the needs of the coach involved. The Level 4 is all about the individual coach” Matthews said.

“This isn’t a set programme. It’s all about innovation and discovery” he added.
